Here's what to keep in mind before you get started:
- DelZeno accepts major credit and debit cards, along with select digital wallets.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
- You can view your full payment history at any time from Account > Payments.
Step-by-step guide
- 1Enter your payment details and save.
- 2Set your new method as default, if desired.
- 3Confirm the change with a one-time verification step.
- 4Go to Account Settings and select "Payments."
- 5Choose "Add payment method" or "Edit" next to an existing one.
Things to know
Warning: Disputing a charge with your bank before contacting DelZeno support can delay resolution and temporarily restrict your account.
1099 tax forms are made available to eligible drivers by January 31 each year.
